As simple as setting up?

I like to set up a fair bit back from the rods for a couple of reasons.

With Solace being a shallow lake, any noise, chatting, lights ect can really have an impact on the fishing. There is no snag fishing, so I haven't got to worry about being on the rods within a split second.

Secondly I am well aware that the fish use the margins a lot more than people realise. In fact , last week a fish boshed literally under an anglers rods, it actually hit the road tip! By setting up on top of them, personally I feel like I am putting them on edge.

Just something worth bearing in mind. It may only add a couple of % in your favour, but they all count.
