With the lakes closed to anglers at the moment and so many of us locked indoors I am well aware that we are in a seriously lucky position. Not only to be able to get outside and get stuck into some work, but also to get the rods out and try and tempt some of the jewels of Lac Solace and Lac Du Coron.
One of our regular guests and good friend (the challenge master) suggested that to give people something to watch, to show off the lakes and to keep me motivated that I should accept a series of challenges that he had lined up for me.
With Lac Du Coron seemingly only hours from spawning, Challenge 1 had to be put on the shelf for a few weeks, but he had plenty more lined up, and this short film documents the 1st challenge.
